Back in 2017, I stumbled into the world of blogging with no clear direction, just a desire to share my journey as a clinical pharmacist. Little did I know, life had more in store for me. Fast forward to 2020, the pandemic hit, and I faced a personal health crisis—being diagnosed with diabetes, just after losing my mother. This moment sparked a shift in my focus. I realized I wasn’t alone in this struggle. My mission became clear: to help women over 40 improve their health and avoid the diagnosis I faced.

Transitioning from a clinical pharmacist to exploring the entrepreneurial side of the profession has been a challenging but fulfilling journey. When I decided to focus on helping women over 40 with diabetes, I realized there were so many paths I could take. From working in functional pharmacy, navigating legal complexities, to deciding between coaching or collaborating with doctors’ offices—it was a maze. But ultimately, my passion for directly impacting individuals’ lives won out.

I want to guide fellow pharmacists and those in clinical roles toward entrepreneurship, sharing the insights I’ve gained to empower them to chart their own paths. By doing so, I hope to create a ripple effect of positive change in the lives of women battling diabetes.
